All products sold by Florence Trading FZCO are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty duration and terms vary by brand and product category, and are set by the manufacturer, not by Florence Trading.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@florencetrading.me or +971 54 582 5704 with your order number and proof of purchase. We will guide you through the manufacturer's warranty process and, where applicable, liaise with the manufacturer or authorised UAE service centre on your behalf.
